Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and package weight. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Free standard shipping is available on orders over a specified amount, which may vary by region.

4. Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days

  • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey on the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.

7. Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's import regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
